All potential athletes must have the following forms turned into either their head coach or the bookkeeper.
1. Valid Physical Exam - physicals are good for one year
2. Proof of Medical Insurance - all athletes must have either basic health insurance or purchase health
insurance through our district. Forms to purchase health insurance can be found in the Athletic Director or Bookkeeper offices.
3. Emergency Card
Transportation Fee: All student athletes will be required to pay $150 per sport for transportation costs. This money goes directly towards paying for buses and vans used to transport teams for away games.
Season Passes: Season Passes for Football and Volleyball will be on sale during August in the bookkeepers office. Take advantage of the discounted price per game when purchasing a Season Pass. Also, this year - we will be offering a Family Pass for additional savings. Contact the Athletic Director (x3084) or Bookkeeper (x3027) for more information.
